The location was stellar, just a short walk from the buzz of the train station and bus stop, making it easy to reach the O2. The pub atmosphere was inviting, with friendly bar staff and decent food options, including great Italian pasta. the carpet on the stairs was worn and dirty, and the room felt quite basic for a 4-star establishment. Breakfast was limited to minimal offerings, falling short of expectations for a continental spread.

The décor exudes character, creating a welcoming, homey ambiance. I especially appreciated the cozy common areas, which were clean and easy to navigate, making it perfect for enjoying company or a good book.

A mini fridge would be helpful for refreshments.

A mini-fridge in the room would have also been a nice touch for keeping drinks cool.

I stayed in a Single Room and it was really cozy with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was small but it did the job. Loved the free tea, coffee, and that biscoff biscuit—they're nice touches. The place felt clean overall and had a good vibe. Just a short stroll to the Cutty Sark DLR station, which is a major plus!

Perfect location for exploring Greenwich

I stayed here for 2 nights in a Standard Double Room during my visit to see the local attractions, and I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location near the Cutty Sark and other key sites. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. The breakfast offered a lovely selection, including a delightful full English option to start the day. the shower was a bit impractical, as the showerhead wouldn't stay in place, making it difficult to use comfortably.

We loved our stay at The Mitre By Innkeeper'S Collection. The location is perfect, just a short walk from key attractions. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, which made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The staff were incredibly friendly. they went out of their way to help me out during Sabbath, really made my experience memorable. after a little hiccup with the heating system, they didn't hesitate to upgrade me to a bigger room—always nice when things turn out better than expected.

This place suits me perfectly! The wi-fi is reliable, the bar area is lovely, and the air conditioning is great. The staff helped me order delicious food on my first stay, a memory I cherish. I'll be back for Easter!
